We are pleased to invite your team to the 31st annual McNeil Cross Country Invitational to be held on Friday September 19th and Saturday September 20th, 2025 at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, TX. It is our goal to provide your team with an enjoyable and competitive experience on the best course in the state of Texas. The Old Settlers course has not only been the traditional site for the UIL State Championships for the past 25 years, but has served as the host site for numerous District Championships, USATF championships, and local 5 & 10K competitions.
The cost will be $200.00 per team per division (5-10 runners in non elite divisions; 5-7 Runners for Elite Divisions. Multiple teams from same school allowed in non elite divisions) or $40 per individual entry for Elite or non elite. (NO REFUNDS!)
High School Teams will need to enter their runners online at the following website:
milesplit.com
There are 2 meets listed. The McNeil Elite Invitational is for the Gold and Silver divisions and is listed as invite only. You will receive the password to register for that meet. The McNeil Invitational is the open meet for everyone else.
Submissions for consideration for the Gold or Silver divisions are due Saturday September 13th by 12:00 pm. You will receive a response no later than September 14th . All gold and silver entries are due on September 15th by noon. Online entries ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES OR CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED after TUESDAY.

Teams that are no-shows will be charged for their number of entries. If your team registers on tx.milesplit.com and does not show up, then your athletic office will receive a bill for the number of runners you entered.
